PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME GURU PAK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PERSERTA DIDIK DI SDN 09 GALAR KECAMATAN SOMPAK KABUPATEN LANDAK

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of the professionalism of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers on the learning outcomes of students at SDN 09 Galar. The professionalism of PAK teachers is measured through several indicators, including mastery of materials, learning methods, classroom management, and evaluation. Student learning outcomes are measured based on the average score of PAK subjects. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PAK teachers and documentation of students’ learning outcomes. Simple regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of the professionalism of PAK teachers on the learning outcomes of students at SDN 09 Galar. The higher the level of professionalism of PAK teachers, the better the learning outcomes of students. These findings indicate the importance of improving and maintaining the professionalism of PAK teachers in an effort to improve the quality of religious education in elementary schools.
Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SDN 09 Galar. Profesionalisme guru PAK diukur melalui beberapa rofessio, termasuk penguasaan materi, metode pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, dan evaluasi. Hasil belajar peserta didik diukur berdasarkan nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran PAK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru PAK dan dokumentasi nilai hasil belajar peserta didik. Analisis regresi sederhana digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan profesionalisme guru PAK terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SDN 09 Galar. Semakin tinggi tingkat profesionalisme guru PAK, semakin baik pula hasil belajar peserta didik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya peningkatan dan pemeliharaan profesionalisme guru PAK dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas rofession agama di sekolah dasar.
